Semester 3 2008/2009 has just ended last week. It was a bit disappointing that Wawasan Club didn’t have any major activities during that time, but nonetheless, we had good times working for the upcoming ASEAN Logics Conference 2009.
Our first top management meeting as well as HODs kick-off meeting was held last semester. Policies of ALC as well as the official appointment of HODs and staff were finalized last semester, and we also had wonderful times in our own version of Group Binding series comprises of BBQ Night, Sports Night and Red Rendezvous @ Riverside. We also had the GPDP program as well as other facilitating activities. Our president even organized a Durian Feast foe us late in the semester! All in all, it was a good semester indeed.
After the short 2 weeks holiday, Semester 1 2009/2010 will begin and it promises to be a hectic one for all our club members. We have loads of programs and events planned, not to forget the recruitment of new members will also commence. Therefore, all Wawasan members, happy holiday and gear up for an exciting new semester!
